Workflow

1. Determine argument mode: setup, watch, or default health check.
2. If setup: Guide user through backend selection and credential input.
3. Save credentials atomically and run smoke tests for each configured backend.
4. If watch mode: Enter a loop to poll and display changes every 60 seconds.
5. If default mode: Spawn a monitor agent and display a formatted dashboard of current system health.
6. Filter output by --backend flag if specified.
