This extension automates the process of syncing local skills located in `~/.claude/skills/ljg-*` to a specified GitHub repository (`ljg-skills`). It handles pushing changes to both `master` (org-mode) and `md` (markdown) branches, automatically converts file formats, bumps patch versions in `plugin.json` and `marketplace.json`, and includes a critical README consistency check before pushing. It also supports dry-run and force push options, and provides detailed logging.
