工作流
- 使用会话恢复脚本从先前的规划文件（task_plan.md、progress.md、findings.md）恢复上下文。
- 如果规划文件不存在，则根据模板创建它们（task_plan.md、findings.md、progress.md）。
- 在任何工具使用之前读取最新的任务计划，以维护上下文和目标。
- 执行任务操作（Write、Edit、Bash 等），将发现和进度记录在相应的 Markdown 文件中。
- 在文件写入和任务完成后更新 progress.md，以反映所采取的操作和当前状态。
- 在停止会话之前验证所有阶段是否完成。
