Workflow
- Initialize planning files if they don't exist.
- Read existing planning files (`task_plan.md`, `findings.md`, `progress.md`).
- Recover context from previous sessions if available.
- Execute tasks guided by `task_plan.md`.
- Log findings to `findings.md` and progress to `progress.md`.
- Update `task_plan.md` upon phase completion.
- Verify all phases are complete before stopping.
