Workflow

  1. Restore context from previous planning files (task_plan.md, progress.md, findings.md) using session recovery scripts.
  2. If planning files do not exist, create them (task_plan.md, findings.md, progress.md) based on templates.
  3. Read the latest task plan before any tool use to maintain context and goals.
  4. Perform task actions (Write, Edit, Bash, etc.), documenting findings and progress in the respective Markdown files.
  5. Update progress.md after file writes and task completion to reflect actions taken and current status.
  6. Verify all phases are complete before stopping the session.
